Good for a small office

Great solution

I think this is the cheapest repeater for a person who wants to improve poor mobile coverage at home. The model has two available modifications. I’ve chosen the one which supports 900MHz and LTE 2600MHz bands. But you can select the LTE 800MHz frequency instead of 2600MHz for LTE signal type.

Automatically adjusts power

The repeater is easy to use as it has an automatic gain control. You just need to install it correctly and benefit from the stable connection. The installation by the way isn’t difficult as well. The whole process is described in detail in the user guide sent with the order. Moreover, there are a lot of tips and videos available on Youtube.

Fulfills its main function

The amplifier works stably without any interruptions or disconnections. It was purchased to improve poor coverage in our village house, which is located in the forest. After having tested it for a month, I can tell that the main function is 100% fulfilled. There are, of course, some nuances, but they are completely insignificant and do not affect the efficiency of the device.

Works stably

The booster is okay for a medium house, although I should say that there are some issues. Couldn’t make out whether there is a possibility of manual gain correction because the automatic one doesn’t always work correctly. There is no possibility of adjusting the radiated power, in my case it is relevant for the internal antenna. And one more thing - a cable of 5 meters for the indoor antenna, for 900 MHz it would be quite possible to make 10 or 15 meters, although it’s not critical in terms of attenuation.

I was lucky with it

It took me from 1 bar to 3-4. The antenna is still set in the chair outside so have to fix it definitely to the house or on the roof. Works great, no complaints so far.

Functions well

It seemed a bit expensive, but must say it does work

I read a bunch of reviews and that really helped. First I was a bit skeptical, but decided to try this device because my family didn’t want to switch cellular providers. So I simply installed the outdoor antenna in the attic of the house, close to the bottom side of the roof. We have a two-story house so the antenna is high off the ground, and the only thing blocking the signal from the tower would be the outside wall of the attic. Then I installed the indoor antenna on the first floor, close to the ceiling. We have pretty decent signal in the house now. We have decent signal on the first floor, and great signal on the second floor. Overall, we had 1-2 bars outside. Inside we had 0-1 bars. After installing this we now have 3-4 bars. So it does work, and it seems to be working well.

A little expensive, but worth the money

I was a bit astonished at the high price, but now I know for sure that it was worth it. I had no issues with the installation, since it was really simple and understandable. All you need to remember is to direct the outdoor antenna to the nearest mast inorder to catch at least a weak signal. I hardly used to have 1-2 bars, and now we enjoy 4-5 bars stably.

Better than my previous booster

I bought this model on my friend’s advice. In general, I’m pleased with the result, although there are some issues concerning the design and the colour of the device which don’t match my interiors. But I couldn’t have found any better option at this price. As for the functionality, it’s all right. Improves voice connection very well. They say that the model can ensure better 4g/LTE at the same frequency – 1800 Mhz, but unfortunately my provider doesn’t support it. They put everything needed for the installation and the proper work of the device in the parcel, so I was happy to receive it and installed the booster myself, after having read the instructions provided in the manual.

Short cables in the set

The booster itself isn’t bad. It has a large coverage capacity, about 30 000 ft2, and two working frequencies for GSM amplification – 900MHz and 1800MHz. I think that even 3G and 4G can be amplified with this device, although I’m not sure about it. The only problem is that the cables in the set are too short. The one which comes with the external antenna is 10 meters, the one which is with the internal antenna is only 5 meters. I wish they were twice longer than they are.

Impressive result

I’m really impressed by the result of work of this booster. We bought it for our villa, located in the area with poor mobile reception. Not bad for office

I bought Nikrans LCD800-GSM+4G for my office a few weeks ago. The premises of the office are located in the building of a business center with thick walls, thus the signal doesn’t get though them. The GSM was poor and there was no internet signal at all. With the booster everything is okay. We have stable voice connection and speedy 4G. The quality of GSM is very good, even better than we expected. Some of my colleagues have noticed that the booster amplifies even 3G at 900 MHz frequency which is also for GSM. For 4G amplification it uses 800 MHz band. I’ve forgotten to mention that the coverage area is about 9000 ft2.

Great thing

I can’t imagine my life without this device now. I installed it in the office where I often had signal issues. Works well in a restaurant

The restaurant I work at started having signal issues, and our guests couldn’t have stable internet signal on their phones. We did a research about the solutions, and decided to buy a signal repeater, and NS-2500GW was our choice. Neither the guests nor the staff had ever complained about any issues ever since. It works perfectly, enhancing both 3G and GSM signals, it shuts off automatically when we close the venue, and we all have at least 4 bars of signal on our phones now, which is important for our working process. Insufficient coverage

My hotel occupies the area of a bit less than 2000 m2. The booster was unable to ensure stable connection around the whole area. When you are close to the booster box and indoor antenna, the signal is okay, but when you go farther, you lose signal.

Really amplifies and transmits the signal

The booster enhanced the cellular signal at the office where there had been no signal before. The only thing I would like to change is a longer cable for connecting the antenna. Subjectively, I don't see any other disadvantages as little time has passed since the purchase.

Totally in love

This is an absolutely new model of a signal amplifier. It supports 900 Mhz band for calls and 2100 Mhz for 3g. For some operators 3g amplification is also possible at 900 Mhz. It has auto adjustment and sleep mode. This is just what I wanted!

Not bad

I wanted to improve both voice connection and mobile internet and the manager advised me to install LCD-500GD. It’s fine for the office, which is a bit more than 5000 ft2. The coverage is stable, sometimes it can become a bit worse, but still we can use our phones for calls and the internet is more or less stable.

Effective

We used to have a very weak GSM signal and almost no mobile internet at all. The booster amplified GSM to full bars and we finally enjoy 4G at home. Too weak for 350 m2

The device isn’t able to improve the signal in our house. I mean when you are near the inside antenna and the booster box you can benefit from the improved signal, it’s even possible to make calls, but in the remote areas it doesn’t work.

Noticeable effect

I chose it for a country house. I thought I would do without buying this device, but the quality of 4G was so awful, and I always need stable internet to transfer large volumes of files. The Internet was terribly slow. After installing the antenna and directing it to the tower, the speed increased noticeably. My wife didn’t want to drill the wall and take the antenna out into the street - but even inside the house, at the window it works okay. Our house is on a hill, so the reception is good. But of course, the antenna should be mounted as high as possible outside the walls of the house for better results. I recommend it!

For huge areas

The main advantage of this model is that it’s suitable for huge areas. Personally I bought it for the entertainment center, which belongs to our family. The level of mobile signal there was awful because of thick concrete walls. So what can I say? This is a really powerful amplifier. It successfully improved GSM and 3G signals all over the area of the center, which is, by the way, practically 3 000 m2.

Boosted the signal in the countryside

I bought this one for my brother who lives in the countryside and has no chance of a cell tower appearing near his house anytime soon. Ideal for Small Places

This booster is enough to cover small areas, about 130 m2. It doesnt improve mobile internet, only voice connection, but as I have wifi in my countryside house, I dont need to enhance mobile internet connection. It does an excellent job!

A very good device

The cell towers of my carrier are pretty far away from where I live, and my family often had no signal and/or no data connection on their phones. I chose this booster because I wanted to get the signal throughout our house. It has actually worked out really well, and we’re able to get data almost all the time.
